Development template — align this policy with Creem and your jurisdiction before launch.
Because credits grant immediate access to AI generation, one-time credit packs are refundable only where credits have not been used and the purchase was made within 14 days.
Pro subscription
Pro renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the current period. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Contact support with the email on your account and the Creem payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Service errors
If a chapter or cover fails to generate and credits were deducted, those credits are restored automatically or on request — this does not require a payment refund.
